Everyone loses hair every day, but unfortunatley a lot of people are going through rapid hair loss without the new hair come to replace that cause hair thinning and may result in some degree of baldness. Heredity plays a major role in the severity of hair loss, but not exactly your hair care along with an unhealthy lifestyle can cause hair loss early.

Getting proper nutrition is essential for healthy hair.

Water, protien, biotin (a part of the vitamin B complex), vitamin A, B6, B12, C, copper, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, calcium, folic acid, and magnesium all play a role in maintaining a healthy scalp, skin , and hair.
